They macerated for 30 days of the botanists in a mixture of selected white wines stabilized and filtered, headed with ethyl alcohol.
Bottled in isobaric tank under carbon dioxide pressure.
TASTING NOTE: Dark amber caramel colour, fresh aromas, sparkling aromatic herbs with fruity notes. On the palate, vermouth soft drink, gradually expressing its aromatic complexity. Soft finish, pleasantly sweet with post-taste of absinthe and spices.
